Comlite Software
Provides a real-time snapshot of staff and patient activity throughout the office at any given time. Comlite communicates by using colors, lights and audible chimes to represent people, tasks, and locations. You can customize Comlite to represent your office layout and staff makeup. Each provider has their own color to visually track their location and activity throughout the day. The providor’s support staff will show up where they want, when they want, with what they want. Comlite will also show how many patients are waiting and where to go next.

Comlite provides a real-time snapshot of staff and patient activity throughout the office at any given time. Comlite communicates by using light buttons and audible chimes to represent people, tasks, and locations. You can customize Comlite to represent your office layout and staff makeup. Here is an example of how it can be used.
This view shows 6 messages at a glance, keeping the entire staff aware of all office activity in real-time. Each doctor has their own color bank. (Doctor 1 is white, Doctor 2 is Green, Doctor 3 is Blue)
Doctor 1 is in Exam room 1 (represented by whit Ex 1 button with red light) Doctor 1 has paged an MA to exam room 1 (represented by white MA button with red light) Doctor 1 has a patient waiting in exam room 3 (represented by white Ex 3 button with green light)

Texting Capabilities
Clicking the text button on the main interface opens our text interface, you have drop down messages of your own choice, you can customize this for the presets you use all the time. Simply click on the message, (or type a custom message) then click on who you wish to send it to and hit send. Incoming messages show up in the upper right panel. It shows you the time the message was sent, the name of the station that sent the message, and the message itself. Outgoing messages show up in the lower right panel, showing the time you sent it, and your message.
A group message is a subset of all the stations. If I’m constantly sending a message to the same four stations, I’ll create a group for which those 4 stations are the members. I just click on the group and send the message to those four without having to select them individually from the station panel. You can also send custom messages. Any message can be targeted to one station, several stations, or everywhere.
Touch Screen Compatible
Comlite is touchscreen compatible, and works on any Windows PC or Windows tablet. Install onto any computer on your network where you need communication. Installation and setup for your office only takes one hour.
